The installation shall be commissioned after the signature of the Connection Agreement.

Important Notes:
- This certificate is issued by CEB after successful verification of the MSDG installation
- All CEB representatives from relevant sections must sign before the installation can be commissioned
- The Connection Agreement must be signed before the installation becomes operational
- This certificate confirms that the installation meets all technical and safety requirements
