Annex 2: Specimen of "Certificat de Consignation"

The "Certificat de Consignation" is the official form used by CEB for authorization to perform work at the CEB/Private Party (PP) interface or in proximity of existing HT System(s) which has/have been made safe for work by proper OPENING, ISOLATION, TESTING and EARTHING prior to any intervention.
